Often times it is because certain limiting beliefs have been planted into your subconscious mind and are restricting you from making the necessary changes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Luckily, these beliefs can be replaced if you <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.harveker.com\/blog\/no-1-principle-become-successful\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s3\">model the behaviors of successful people <\/span><\/a><\/span>and learn to reshape your mind and belief system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Here are 3 simple practices to do just that.<\/b><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">1. Create An Empowering Morning Routine<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I constantly see people with bad habits and instead of trying to fix one at a time, they try and do several at once. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>This almost never works<\/b>. But, there is one habit that has the ability to create positive results in almost any area of your life:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>A consistent, productive, and planned morning routine. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you win the morning, you win the day. Simple as that\u2026 good or good?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The first step of a productive morning routine is waking up early without hitting the snooze button. When you wake up early on a consistent basis it will automatically <i>create discipline<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> With social media, emails, text messages, and calls, it has never been harder to stay disciplined toward your goals. Luckily, a morning routine will help you create the habit of being disciplined and give you more time back in the day. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The early morning is usually the only time of day that is completely uninterrupted and allows you to work on yourself. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">So spend this time writing your goals in a journal, meditating, and reading your <i>Millionaire Mind <\/i>declarations<i> <\/i>to reshape any limiting beliefs. Here are some of my personal favorites:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><i><\/i><span class=\"s1\"><i>\u201cMy goal is to become a millionaire and much more.\u201d <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><i><\/i><span class=\"s1\"><i>\u201cI observe my thoughts and entertain only those that empower me.\u201d <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><i><\/i><span class=\"s1\"><i>\u201cI am committed to constantly learning and growing.\u201d <\/i><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>These declarations are more likely to stick with you as your subconscious mind is highly active in the morning<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you set your intentions, declare what you are trying to accomplish for that day and for the long-term, your mind will begin to listen. This is why it\u2019s so important to do this every morning! Also, practice these declarations in the mirror to accelerate the process. Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable <\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s2\">The final way to replace your limiting beliefs is to get out of your comfort zone.
