Would you like to earn a great living, or even become wealthy, by sharing your knowledge and impacting other people\u2019s lives in a positive way?<\/p>\n

If so, you\u2019re not alone. A lot of people would love to become a successful trainer. They see that it\u2019s a great way to build wealth, create an amazing lifestyle, and most importantly, help other people.<\/p>\n

But most of those who want to become trainers don\u2019t succeed. In fact, most don\u2019t even try. They look at successful trainers and wonder how they got to be so knowledgeable and charismatic. And they don\u2019t think they can do it themselves.<\/p>\n

One of the biggest reasons is because they don\u2019t believe they have anything of value to teach. And that\u2019s a shame because we ALL have unique insights to share with the world<\/span><\/a>. But most people keep that knowledge locked inside of them, where it can\u2019t help anyone else.<\/p>\n

The Real Problem For People Who Don\u2019t Think They Have Anything To Teach<\/h2>\n

Most successful trainers aren\u2019t experts or gurus<\/span><\/a>. They\u2019re just normal people who want to share their knowledge.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re no different from you in how much they know\u2013they just learned how to use their knowledge for extra income and impact.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t matter how much or how little you know\u2013you can still get rich and help people as a trainer.<\/p>\n

So if the problem isn\u2019t what you know, what is it?<\/p>\n

The thing that will stop you from becoming a successful trainer\u2013 if you don\u2019t fix it\u2013 is what you believe about what you know.<\/p>\n

If you believe that nothing you\u2019ve learned over the course of your life is worth sharing, you won\u2019t teach! How could you? As far as your mind is concerned, you\u2019d be wasting everyone\u2019s time and probably getting laughed off the stage.<\/p>\n

This kind of belief is based in fear and a flawed view of reality. Why? Because it\u2019s literally impossible for you to have lived several decades or more on this planet and not have learned anything of use!<\/p>\n

So let\u2019s assume you do have something to teach, and we just need to get your mind on board so you can go help people. Good, or good?<\/p>\n

Here are two strategies for overcoming the self-doubt and negative beliefs keeping you from sharing what you know, earning great money, and changing lives.<\/p>\n

1. Know Your \u201cWhy\u201d, and Make Sure It\u2019s POWERFUL<\/h2>\n

One of the best ways to counteract these mindset issues is to shift your focus to something more positive.<\/p>\n

That something should be your \u201cWhy.<\/span><\/span>\u201d Why do you want to become a trainer<\/span><\/a>? And not just in general terms like getting more money and respect\u2013 what specifically is driving this desire FOR YOU?<\/p>\n

If you were watching a movie of your ideal fantasy life as a wealthy, successful trainer, what would you be seeing?<\/p>\n

Are you sitting at a table with a line of dozens of people waiting to come up and meet you and get your autograph?<\/p>\n

Are you standing on a stage in a large ballroom, or even a stadium, receiving applause from hundreds or thousands of people?<\/p>\n

Are you sitting in a first-class airline seat enjoying your favorite cocktail and admiring the view out the window?<\/p>\n

Are you reading a hand-written letter of thanks from someone whose life you\u2019ve transformed?<\/p>\n

These are just a few ideas to get your mind working. The important thing is to know what motivates you. What is it that you want to experience and accomplish? What gets you excited and inspired about teaching others?<\/p>\n

It shouldn\u2019t be something that sounds \u201cnice.\u201d When you imagine having or experiencing it, you should feel a powerful surge of emotional energy\u2013excited, inspired, eager!<\/p>\n

When you\u2019re strongly motivated and laser-focused on your \u201cWhy,\u201d you can accomplish anything, even if you don\u2019t know how you\u2019ll do it. You\u2019ll find a way.<\/p>\n

Take a minute right now to think about your Why\u2019s<\/strong> and write them down. What would be the best thing\/s about being a successful trainer? Why are they so meaningful to you?<\/p>\n

Remember to be specific and paint a picture, so you can call that image to mind as a powerful motivator.<\/p>\n

2. Recognize The Value Of Your Knowledge<\/h2>\n

We\u2019ve already decided that you know SOMETHING of value to teach others, simply by virtue of being alive. But if self-doubt is running your mind, you might think there\u2019s nothing special or valuable about what you know.<\/p>\n

But, you are unique. You have a unique perspective. Others may know some of the things you know, but they don\u2019t know them the way you know them<\/span><\/a>. And they certainly can\u2019t teach them the way you can. Why? Because they\u2019re not you!<\/p>\n

You have to uncover the value of your unique understanding<\/strong>. Let\u2019s look at a few ways to do this:<\/p>\n

1. Ask yourself reflective questions<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s easy to stay so caught up in living your life that you don\u2019t even realize what you\u2019ve accomplished, or how you did it. Taking time to reflect can uncover a treasure trove of priceless knowledge.<\/p>\n
