Make investments work for you<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The first major <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.harveker.com\/blog\/passive-income-types-infographic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">type of passive income<\/a><\/span> is an idea most of us are already familiar with: investments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">These investments generally create monthly income with a fixed or standard rate of return attached to them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This category would include options like bank and government bonds, corporate bonds, t-bills, rental property income, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2. Make business(es) work for you<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The second type of passive income is more difficult for most people to wrap their heads around: passive business income.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Many people assume that as a business owner, you\u2019ll need to constantly work to achieve any real success. But that\u2019s not true at all.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Instead, what you need to do is create a business that has the potential to be <\/span><span class=\"s4\">systemized<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> so that it can work without you.
