It tells you \u201cstop\u201d and \u201cno,\u201d not because it doesn\u2019t want you to succeed, but because it wants to keep you safe. But just like we can often convince our worried mothers to give us the green light, we can get fear on our side, as well. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Try these tip to ease your fear:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\">1. Offer Reassurance<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">You can\u2019t master fear by attacking it with brute force, but you can tame it with reassurance. You have to tell it, \u201cI hear you and understand, but don\u2019t worry. Everything is going to be okay.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">While your fear may not go away, reassurance can help<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.harveker.com\/dbatyt\/invite\/v4\/green\/?utm_campaign=dbatyt_content&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_source=blog&amp;utm_content=video-overcoming-fear&amp;utm_term=video-overcoming-fear\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">train your mind<\/a> <\/span>for handling this emotion in a more productive way. The next time fear stops you in your tracks, you\u2019ll be better prepared to realize that you can manage whatever comes your way.
