NOTA: Recebemos in\u00fameros e-mails, mensagens, perguntas e preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es de nossos alunos recentemente sobre os eventos no Brasil. N\u00e3o temos informa\u00e7\u00f5es de contato de todos os alunos envolvidos. \u00a0Portanto, escrevemos a postagem abaixo, n\u00e3o para prejudicar nenhuma das partes envolvidas, mas como uma medida necess\u00e1ria para responder imediatamente todas as perguntas dos alunos que entraram em contato com Harv, e achamos melhor apresentar uma \u00fanica resposta para esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s desta postagem.<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Caros alunos do Brasil,<\/span><\/p>\n

Assim como muitos de voc\u00eas, fiquei muito perturbado ao saber que o Millionaire Mind Intensive em novembro foi realizado no Brasil sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e sem um treinador autorizado e devidamente capacitado por nossa institui\u00e7\u00e3o. Minha miss\u00e3o sempre foi oferecer cursos que realmente transformassem a vida das pessoas.\u00a0 <\/span>Somos aben\u00e7oados por termos tido sucesso em ministrar nossos cursos em dezenas de pa\u00edses em todo o mundo por mais de 30 anos, at\u00e9 agora… <\/span><\/p>\n

Levo minha reputa\u00e7\u00e3o muito a s\u00e9rio e tenho certeza que voc\u00eas tamb\u00e9m. Ent\u00e3o, como voc\u00eas podem imaginar, ter uma empresa deturpando a minha imagem e o nosso trabalho \u00e9 uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o muito s\u00e9ria, o que nos causa tamanha decep\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Soube que muitos participantes do evento sa\u00edram do Millionaire Mind Intensive de novembro frustrados e sem o conhecimento que procuravam. Para mim, isso \u00e9 muito triste. Muitos de voc\u00eas viajaram de muito longe e gastaram seu dinheiro suado, esperando o calibre de curso pelo qual eu sou conhecido. Lamento que isso n\u00e3o tenha sido entregue porque o organizador optou por tentar ministrar o curso de forma aut\u00f4noma, deixando de se utilizar de treinador certificado, de acordo com nosso contrato. <\/span><\/p>\n

Para ministrar o Millionaire Mind Intensive com excel\u00eancia, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios dois a tr\u00eas anos completos de treinamento. Atualmente, existem menos de 10 treinadores certificados em todo o mundo e, no entanto, t\u00ednhamos um de prontid\u00e3o, de malas <\/span><\/p>\n

prontas para ministrar o treinamento no Brasil. O problema era simples: o organizador ainda lhe devia o pagamento de cursos ministrados anteriormente e recusou-se a lhe pagar para que viesse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Embora eu n\u00e3o possa entrar em detalhes devido a quest\u00f5es jur\u00eddicas, gostaria de compartilhar um pouco com voc\u00eas sobre como conseguimos oferecer estes cursos a tantos alunos (mais de 1 milh\u00e3o) em todo o mundo (em mais de 35 pa\u00edses). Quando inauguramos um novo pa\u00eds, normalmente nos afiliamos a uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o local que pode nos ajudar com a log\u00edstica da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos eventos no pa\u00eds em quest\u00e3o. Seguimos um processo semelhante em cada pa\u00eds e sempre entramos em acordo com nosso organizador local, cobrindo o m\u00e9todo e a maneira como os cursos s\u00e3o ministrados aos nossos alunos. \u00c9 muito importante para n\u00f3s que nossos alunos recebam os mesmos eventos de alta qualidade, ministrados por nossos treinadores certificados, independentemente do pa\u00eds em que o aluno esteja participando. Posso afirmar que o Brasil n\u00e3o \u00e9, e n\u00e3o foi, exce\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n

Nos \u00faltimos 30 anos, tivemos a sorte de poder trabalhar com parceiros honestos, confi\u00e1veis e de qualidade em todo o mundo. No Brasil, o antigo organizador se apropriou dos nomes de nossos cursos e os \u201cregistrou\u201d sob suas suas pr\u00f3prias entidades no Brasil, sem nosso conhecimento ou consentimento, e em total viola\u00e7\u00e3o do nosso contrato.\u00a0 <\/span>Posso dar-lhes a certeza der que estamos levando muito a s\u00e9rio essas graves viola\u00e7\u00f5es. Atualmente, estamos trabalhando junto aos nossos advogados para processar os respons\u00e1veis. <\/span><\/p>\n

H\u00e1 algumas semanas, a Experiencia de Sucesso (ES), a GM Eventos (GM), a Attitudeflex e os seus propriet\u00e1rios foram notificados, avisando-os que devem parar de usar meu nome, imagem e semelhan\u00e7a e todo e quaisquer material e conte\u00fado dos meus cursos. Percebemos que estavam usando meu nome e meu curso, mais uma vez, sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para um evento do Millionaire Mind Intensive em abril de 2020. Exigimos que cancelem este curso e ressar\u00e7am os alunos por todas as despesas incorridas. Eles nos disseram que o fariam. Gostar\u00edamos de enfatizar que, a partir deste comunicado aberto, qualquer envolvimento com ES\/GM\/AttitudeFlex ou seus propriet\u00e1rios, <\/b>bem como, quaisquer pagamentos feitos a eles, ser\u00e1 por sua pr\u00f3pria conta e risco. <\/span><\/p>\n

Eles tamb\u00e9m receberam um aviso de “rescis\u00e3o”, que encerrou nosso relacionamento por in\u00fameras viola\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 as atuais presentes, mas tamb\u00e9m as passadas, incluindo o n\u00e3o pagamento de centenas de milhares de d\u00f3lares<\/b> que s\u00e3o devidos a n\u00f3s, \u00e0 Success Resources, aos treinadores e a v\u00e1rios outros fornecedores. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Vale ressaltar, que no momento em que encerramos nosso relacionamento, havia ainda dois eventos agendados pendentes – um que estava agendado para 18-21 de janeiro de 2020 – Train The Trainer – e um segundo evento – Enlightened Warrior Power – que deveria ser realizado em 29 de novembro – 01 de dezembro de 2019 e que a ES\/GM adiou para este ano, ainda sem data definida. Como parte do contrato original, eles s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por produzir todos e quaisquer eventos pendentes.<\/b> Mais uma vez, nas \u00faltimas semanas, solicitamos ao Organizador repetidamente que confirmasse o ressarcimento aos alunos ou que executasse os eventos, com as devidas autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es, o que inclui o uso de treinadores “qualificados”.\u00a0 <\/span>Esses treinadores estavam, novamente, totalmente preparados para vir ao Brasil para ministrar os cursos e aguardavam pagamento da ES\/GM. Finalmente, recebemos uma resposta que foi muito decepcionante, onde eles declararam <\/span>que N\u00c3O entregar\u00e3o esses cursos, que N\u00c3O pagar\u00e3o os treinadores e que N\u00c3O devolver\u00e3o o dinheiro pago pelos alunos. Em vez disso, informaram-nos que est\u00e3o \u201cprestes a\u00a0 <\/span>declarar fal\u00eancia\u201d porque alegam n\u00e3o ter dinheiro!<\/span><\/p>\n

Isso nos soa muito estranho, pois sabemos que v\u00eam realizando eventos e arrecadando fundos de alunos h\u00e1 muitos anos. Muitos de voc\u00eas devem estar se perguntando aonde este dinheiro foi parar. N\u00f3s tamb\u00e9m queremos saber. <\/span><\/p>\n

Enquanto isso, chegou aos nossos ouvidos que eles ainda est\u00e3o tentando receber dos alunos que estavam pagando as parcelas destes cursos. Eles est\u00e3o afirmando que est\u00e3o em negocia\u00e7\u00f5es “amig\u00e1veis” conosco e dando a impress\u00e3o que ainda estamos trabalhando juntos. Eles tamb\u00e9m disseram que t\u00eam um contrato que “n\u00e3o pode ser rescindido”. Essas declara\u00e7\u00f5es N\u00c3O s\u00e3o verdadeiras. Preciso lembrar voc\u00eas, veementemente e novamente, que quaisquer outros pagamentos que venham a efetuar a eles ser\u00e3o de sua responsabilidade e risco.<\/span><\/p>\n

Independentemente disso, neste momento, n\u00e3o estamos t\u00e3o preocupados com o dinheiro que estas pessoas nos devem e aos nossos treinadores, assim como com o que devem a voc\u00eas, alunos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Embora n\u00e3o estejamos envolvidos com a venda destes cursos e n\u00e3o tenhamos recebido nenhum recurso dos alunos arrecadado pela ES\/GM, sentimos muito que esse organizador tenha usado minha reputa\u00e7\u00e3o e os cursos que escrevi para se apossar do seu dinheiro e agora est\u00e1 tentando sair impune sem oferecer cursos autorizados como voc\u00eas esperam. Para mim, isso simplesmente n\u00e3o est\u00e1 certo e, portanto, estamos dando o melhor de n\u00f3s para descobrir uma maneira de entregar <\/span><\/p>\n

os cursos “verdadeiros” aos alunos que os compraram. Devido a todas as nossas tratativas judiciais, ainda n\u00e3o podemos dar informa\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas, mas saibam que estamos fazendo o poss\u00edvel para apoiar voc\u00eas e mant\u00ea-los informados, enquanto tentamos colocar tudo no seu devido lugar. <\/span><\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo,\u00a0n\u00e3o temos a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de responder a todos os coment\u00e1rios ou afirma\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0deles, mas gostariamos de deixar aqui, para voc\u00eas, uma das li\u00e7\u00f5es que ensinamos em nossos cursos:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00e3o acreditem em uma palavra que se diga. Vejam como agem.<\/b> Isso lhes dir\u00e1 tudo o que voc\u00eas precisam saber sobre as pessoas.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

Se prestarem aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es deles at\u00e9 o momento, espero que isso ajude voc\u00eas na sua decis\u00e3o sobre em quem devem acreditar e o que devem fazer. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mais uma vez, faremos o poss\u00edvel para \u201ccorrigir\u201d junto aos nossos alunos que se envolveram com essas pessoas. Pedimos um pouco mais de paci\u00eancia enquanto montamos nossa estrat\u00e9gia, mas isso n\u00e3o impede que voc\u00eas tomem as r\u00e9deas dessa situa\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1, entrem em contato com as autoridades brasileiras e tentem recuperar seu dinheiro da empresa que se apossou indevidamente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meus caros amigos, sei que esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 o que voc\u00eas ou eu quer\u00edamos. Mesmo assim, uma das minhas frases favoritas \u00e9: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNo fim tudo d\u00e1 certo, e se n\u00e3o deu certo \u00e9 porque ainda n\u00e3o chegou ao fim.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

N\u00e3o deixe que essa circunst\u00e2ncia infeliz impe\u00e7a voc\u00eas de atingirem seus objetivos. Sempre h\u00e1 obst\u00e1culos na jornada para o sucesso. Esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 exce\u00e7\u00e3o e vamos super\u00e1-la.<\/span><\/p>\n

Message from T. Harv Eker: Brazil Student Update<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

NOTE: We have received numerous emails, messages, questions and concerns from our students recently over the events in Brazil. We also do not have any contact information for all the students involved. \u00a0Accordingly, we have written the below post, not to harm any of the parties involved, but as a necessary measure to answer at once all the inquiries from students who have reached out to Harv and we thought it best to present one single response to this situation with this post.<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Dear Brazil students,<\/span><\/p>\n

Similar to so many of you, I was very disturbed after learning the Millionaire Mind Intensive in November was run in Brazil in an unauthorized manner with an unauthorized trainer. My mission has always been to deliver courses that truly change people\u2019s lives.\u00a0 <\/span>We have been blessed to have succeeded in doing so, in dozens of countries all around the world, and without issue for over 30 years\u2026. until now. <\/span><\/p>\n

I take my reputation very seriously and I\u2019m sure you do as well. So, as you can imagine, to have a company misrepresent myself and our work is more than disappointing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I have heard from many event attendees who left the Millionaire Mind Intensive in November frustrated and without the knowledge they came to seek. To me, this is very sad. Many of you traveled great distances and spent your hard-earned money expecting the caliber of teaching I\u2019m known for. I am sorry this was not delivered because the promoter chose to try and teach the course himself instead of using one of our certified master trainers as per our agreement. <\/span><\/p>\n

To be able to teach the Millionaire Mind Intensive at the highest levels generally takes 2 to 3 full years of training. There are less than 10 certified master trainers in the entire world and yet we had one standing by, with his bags packed and ready to fly to Brazil to teach the course. The problem was simple; the promoter still owed him funds from prior programs and refused to pay him to come.<\/span><\/p>\n

Although I cannot go into specifics because of legal proceedings, I would like to share a little with you about how we are able to deliver these courses to so many students (over 1 million) around the world (over 35 countries). When we go into a new country, we typically affiliate with a local organization who can help us with the logistics of running the events in that particular country. We follow a similar process in each country and we always enter into an agreement with our local promoter covering the method and manner in which the courses are delivered to our students. It is very important to us that our students receive the same high-quality events, taught only by our certified master trainers, no matter which country the student may attend. I can tell you that Brazil is, and was, no exception. <\/span><\/p>\n

We have been fortunate over the past 30 years in that we have been able to work with honest, trustworthy, quality partners all over the world. In Brazil, the former promoter have taken the names of our courses and \u201cregistered\u201d them under their own entities in Brazil without our knowledge or consent and in full breach of our agreement. I can assure you that we are taking this violation as well as many, many others, very seriously. We are currently working with our legal team to hold those responsible, accountable. <\/span><\/p>\n

A few weeks ago, Experiencia de Sucesso (ES), GM Eventos (GM), Attitudeflex, and their owners, were issued a \u201ccease and desist\u201d notice advising them to stop using my name, image and likeness, and any and all of my course material and content. We noticed they were using my name and my course once again without authorization for an April 2020 Millionaire Mind Intensive event. We have demanded that they cancel this program and return all the student\u2019s monies. We heard back from them that they would do so. We cannot stress enough that any further involvement you have with ES\/GM\/Attitudeflex, or their owners, and any funds you give them is at your own peril and your own risk. <\/span><\/p>\n

They were also issued a \u201ctermination\u201d notice, which has terminated our relationship with them for numerous additional breaches both present and past including non-payment of hundreds of thousands of dollars<\/b> that are owed to us, Success Resources, the trainers and several other suppliers. <\/span><\/p>\n

At the time we terminated our relationship, there were two previously scheduled events pending – one which was scheduled for January 18 \u2013 January 21, 2020 [Train the Trainer] and a second event [Enlightened Warrior Power] that was supposed to be held November 29-December 1, 2019 and which ES\/GM postponed <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

until sometime this year. As part of the original agreement, they are responsible for producing any outstanding events.<\/b> Again, over the past few weeks we made repeated requests to confirm they will return the student\u2019s monies or run the events and do so in an authorized manner that includes using \u201cqualified\u201d trainers.\u00a0 <\/span>These trainers were again fully prepared to come to Brazil to teach the programs and were awaiting payment from ES\/GM. We finally heard back and the reply we received was very disappointing with them stating that they will NOT deliver these programs, and that they will NOT pay the trainers, and they will NOT return the monies paid to them by the students. Instead, they advised us they \u201care about to declare bankruptcy\u201d because they say they have no money!<\/span><\/p>\n

This seems more than strange as we know they have been running events and collecting funds from students for the past several years. Many of you might be wondering where that money went? We have the same question. <\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, we have heard that they are still trying to collect money from students who were paying by installments for these courses. They are claiming they are in \u201cfriendly\u201d negotiations with us and making it sound like we are still working together. They have also said that they have a contract that \u201ccannot be broken\u201d. These statements are NOT true. I need to remind you adamantly and again that any further funds you give them is at your own peril and risk.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regardless, at this point in time, we are not nearly as concerned with the money these people owe to us and our trainers, as we are with the funds they owe to you, the students. <\/span><\/p>\n

Even though we have not been involved in the selling of these courses and have not received any money which may have been collected by ES\/GM from the students, we feel terrible that this promoter used my good name and the programs I wrote, to take your money and is now trying to get away with not delivering authorized courses as you may be expecting . To me that is just not right and so we are doing our best to figure out a way to deliver the \u201creal\u201d programs to the students who purchased them. Due to our pending legal action we cannot yet be specific, but rest assured we are doing our utmost to support you and will keep you informed as we try and put things into place. <\/span><\/p>\n

One last thing, we do not intend to respond to every one of their comments or assertions but let me just acquaint you with one of the lessons we teach at our courses: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t believe a word anyone says. Watch what they DO.<\/b> That will tell you everything you need to know about them.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

If you pay attention to their actions so far, hopefully this will inform your decision as to who you believe and what you do. <\/span><\/p>\n

Again, we will do our best to make this right for the students who got involved with these people. We ask for a little more patience while we put our strategy together but that doesn\u2019t preclude you from taking matters into your own hands right now, contacting the Brazilian authorities and attempting to get back your money from the company that took it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

My friends, I know this situation is not what you or I wanted. At the same time one of my favorite sayings is: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEverything will work out in the end and if it hasn\u2019t worked out, it\u2019s not yet the end.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Do not let this unfortunate circumstance deter you from your goals. There are always speed bumps on the journey to success. This situation is no exception and we will prevail.<\/span><\/p>\n
