It feels gross, like the salesperson is trying to convince you to do something you don\u2019t want to do. This leads to a dry, one-sided conversation where the sales rep starts talking about the product before they ever discuss the client\u2019s problem. If you really want to exceed your customer\u2019s expectations (and close the deal), your first few questions should be about the problems your prospects are experiencing and not about anything else.<\/p>\n<p>I get it. Being the type of salesperson who <em>helps<\/em> their client is hard.
