That way, you can free up your time and energy to focus on growing your business AND only be involved in activities that you&#8217;re really good at.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Hire Employees to Create a Stable Team<\/h2>\n<p>Can you make it on your own in business, and be outrageously successful? Heck yeah! Don\u2019t let anybody tell you any different. However, you get so much more done with teams, and the more people getting more done, the more fun it\u2019s going to be. How fun would it be to play volleyball when it\u2019s two of you against five people on the other side? What if you could have as many people on your side as possible if the rules allowed it? For goodness sake, why would you want to go at riches alone?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Again, you <em>can <\/em>make it on your own. I made it on my own. The only thing is to what level of rich can you get on your own? In my experience, you can get a little past mediocrity and that\u2019s about it. I\u2019ve tried it several different ways, and trust me, putting a team together\u2014especially as far as my own staff\u2014is not my favorite thing in the world. It comes down to a matter of energy. A lot of money takes a lot of energy! Will the wealth you want to earn take the energy of one person, five, or 10, or 50 people?<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning, there\u2019s a good chance you\u2019ll have to do most everything yourself. However, the intention is not to just create a short-term working income.
