So true, Just a little question, what about giving quality service (Supposed to be the production for a services company), that may build a good brand reputation (Operation that may have a marketing impact)?
Could you please clarify the borderline between, focusing on Marketing, in term of advertising and selling (Customer acquisition) and the Delivery (Production) quality that warrant the customer loyaly and referral leads?
I am a little bit confused about giving 80% of what it takes to Marketing to not be able over deliver to my customers so I cano stay on the top of the pack in my sector

The 80/20 rule is truly counterintuitive! Thank you for this gem! Oftentimes I tend to forget the Pareto principle and go on my way to giving equal amounts of time to each entrepreneurial activity.
Question: how do I differentiate between conflicting and oftentimes important priorities?
I am a 64+ year old Black man. I’m considered physically handicapped, in that I walk with the aid of a walker. I write. I have several manuscripts, but just don’t have the capital to turn them into book form. I think I write pretty good, but, the problem persists. I’m seriously hoping T Harv Eker can help me.
