NOTA: Recebemos inúmeros e-mails, mensagens, perguntas e preocupações de nossos alunos recentemente sobre os eventos no Brasil. Não temos informações de contato de todos os alunos envolvidos. Portanto, escrevemos a postagem abaixo, não para prejudicar nenhuma das partes envolvidas, mas como uma medida necessária para responder imediatamente todas as perguntas dos alunos que entraram em contato com Harv, e achamos melhor apresentar uma única resposta para esta situação através desta postagem.
Caros alunos do Brasil,
Assim como muitos de vocês, fiquei muito perturbado ao saber que o Millionaire Mind Intensive em novembro foi realizado no Brasil sem autorização e sem um treinador autorizado e devidamente capacitado por nossa instituição. Minha missão sempre foi oferecer cursos que realmente transformassem a vida das pessoas. Somos abençoados por termos tido sucesso em ministrar nossos cursos em dezenas de países em todo o mundo por mais de 30 anos, até agora…
Levo minha reputação muito a sério e tenho certeza que vocês também. Então, como vocês podem imaginar, ter uma empresa deturpando a minha imagem e o nosso trabalho é uma situação muito séria, o que nos causa tamanha decepção.
Soube que muitos participantes do evento saíram do Millionaire Mind Intensive de novembro frustrados e sem o conhecimento que procuravam. Para mim, isso é muito triste. Muitos de vocês viajaram de muito longe e gastaram seu dinheiro suado, esperando o calibre de curso pelo qual eu sou conhecido. Lamento que isso não tenha sido entregue porque o organizador optou por tentar ministrar o curso de forma autônoma, deixando de se utilizar de treinador certificado, de acordo com nosso contrato.
Para ministrar o Millionaire Mind Intensive com excelência, são necessários dois a três anos completos de treinamento. Atualmente, existem menos de 10 treinadores certificados em todo o mundo e, no entanto, tínhamos um de prontidão, de malas
prontas para ministrar o treinamento no Brasil. O problema era simples: o organizador ainda lhe devia o pagamento de cursos ministrados anteriormente e recusou-se a lhe pagar para que viesse.
Embora eu não possa entrar em detalhes devido a questões jurídicas, gostaria de compartilhar um pouco com vocês sobre como conseguimos oferecer estes cursos a tantos alunos (mais de 1 milhão) em todo o mundo (em mais de 35 países). Quando inauguramos um novo país, normalmente nos afiliamos a uma organização local que pode nos ajudar com a logística da realização dos eventos no país em questão. Seguimos um processo semelhante em cada país e sempre entramos em acordo com nosso organizador local, cobrindo o método e a maneira como os cursos são ministrados aos nossos alunos. É muito importante para nós que nossos alunos recebam os mesmos eventos de alta qualidade, ministrados por nossos treinadores certificados, independentemente do país em que o aluno esteja participando. Posso afirmar que o Brasil não é, e não foi, exceção.
Nos últimos 30 anos, tivemos a sorte de poder trabalhar com parceiros honestos, confiáveis e de qualidade em todo o mundo. No Brasil, o antigo organizador se apropriou dos nomes de nossos cursos e os “registrou” sob suas suas próprias entidades no Brasil, sem nosso conhecimento ou consentimento, e em total violação do nosso contrato. Posso dar-lhes a certeza der que estamos levando muito a sério essas graves violações. Atualmente, estamos trabalhando junto aos nossos advogados para processar os responsáveis.
Há algumas semanas, a Experiencia de Sucesso (ES), a GM Eventos (GM), a Attitudeflex e os seus proprietários foram notificados, avisando-os que devem parar de usar meu nome, imagem e semelhança e todo e quaisquer material e conteúdo dos meus cursos. Percebemos que estavam usando meu nome e meu curso, mais uma vez, sem autorização para um evento do Millionaire Mind Intensive em abril de 2020. Exigimos que cancelem este curso e ressarçam os alunos por todas as despesas incorridas. Eles nos disseram que o fariam. Gostaríamos de enfatizar que, a partir deste comunicado aberto, qualquer envolvimento com ES/GM/AttitudeFlex ou seus proprietários, bem como, quaisquer pagamentos feitos a eles, será por sua própria conta e risco.
Eles também receberam um aviso de “rescisão”, que encerrou nosso relacionamento por inúmeras violações, não só as atuais presentes, mas também as passadas, incluindo o não pagamento de centenas de milhares de dólares que são devidos a nós, à Success Resources, aos treinadores e a vários outros fornecedores.
Vale ressaltar, que no momento em que encerramos nosso relacionamento, havia ainda dois eventos agendados pendentes – um que estava agendado para 18-21 de janeiro de 2020 – Train The Trainer – e um segundo evento – Enlightened Warrior Power – que deveria ser realizado em 29 de novembro – 01 de dezembro de 2019 e que a ES/GM adiou para este ano, ainda sem data definida. Como parte do contrato original, eles são responsáveis por produzir todos e quaisquer eventos pendentes. Mais uma vez, nas últimas semanas, solicitamos ao Organizador repetidamente que confirmasse o ressarcimento aos alunos ou que executasse os eventos, com as devidas autorizações, o que inclui o uso de treinadores “qualificados”. Esses treinadores estavam, novamente, totalmente preparados para vir ao Brasil para ministrar os cursos e aguardavam pagamento da ES/GM. Finalmente, recebemos uma resposta que foi muito decepcionante, onde eles declararam que NÃO entregarão esses cursos, que NÃO pagarão os treinadores e que NÃO devolverão o dinheiro pago pelos alunos. Em vez disso, informaram-nos que estão “prestes a declarar falência” porque alegam não ter dinheiro!
Isso nos soa muito estranho, pois sabemos que vêm realizando eventos e arrecadando fundos de alunos há muitos anos. Muitos de vocês devem estar se perguntando aonde este dinheiro foi parar. Nós também queremos saber.
Enquanto isso, chegou aos nossos ouvidos que eles ainda estão tentando receber dos alunos que estavam pagando as parcelas destes cursos. Eles estão afirmando que estão em negociações “amigáveis” conosco e dando a impressão que ainda estamos trabalhando juntos. Eles também disseram que têm um contrato que “não pode ser rescindido”. Essas declarações NÃO são verdadeiras. Preciso lembrar vocês, veementemente e novamente, que quaisquer outros pagamentos que venham a efetuar a eles serão de sua responsabilidade e risco.
Independentemente disso, neste momento, não estamos tão preocupados com o dinheiro que estas pessoas nos devem e aos nossos treinadores, assim como com o que devem a vocês, alunos.
Embora não estejamos envolvidos com a venda destes cursos e não tenhamos recebido nenhum recurso dos alunos arrecadado pela ES/GM, sentimos muito que esse organizador tenha usado minha reputação e os cursos que escrevi para se apossar do seu dinheiro e agora está tentando sair impune sem oferecer cursos autorizados como vocês esperam. Para mim, isso simplesmente não está certo e, portanto, estamos dando o melhor de nós para descobrir uma maneira de entregar
os cursos “verdadeiros” aos alunos que os compraram. Devido a todas as nossas tratativas judiciais, ainda não podemos dar informações específicas, mas saibam que estamos fazendo o possível para apoiar vocês e mantê-los informados, enquanto tentamos colocar tudo no seu devido lugar.
Por último, não temos a intenção de responder a todos os comentários ou afirmações deles, mas gostariamos de deixar aqui, para vocês, uma das lições que ensinamos em nossos cursos:
“Não acreditem em uma palavra que se diga. Vejam como agem. Isso lhes dirá tudo o que vocês precisam saber sobre as pessoas.”
Se prestarem atenção às ações deles até o momento, espero que isso ajude vocês na sua decisão sobre em quem devem acreditar e o que devem fazer.
Mais uma vez, faremos o possível para “corrigir” junto aos nossos alunos que se envolveram com essas pessoas. Pedimos um pouco mais de paciência enquanto montamos nossa estratégia, mas isso não impede que vocês tomem as rédeas dessa situação já, entrem em contato com as autoridades brasileiras e tentem recuperar seu dinheiro da empresa que se apossou indevidamente.
Meus caros amigos, sei que esta situação não é o que vocês ou eu queríamos. Mesmo assim, uma das minhas frases favoritas é:
“No fim tudo dá certo, e se não deu certo é porque ainda não chegou ao fim.”
Não deixe que essa circunstância infeliz impeça vocês de atingirem seus objetivos. Sempre há obstáculos na jornada para o sucesso. Esta situação não é exceção e vamos superá-la.

Message from T. Harv Eker: Brazil Student Update
NOTE: We have received numerous emails, messages, questions and concerns from our students recently over the events in Brazil. We also do not have any contact information for all the students involved. Accordingly, we have written the below post, not to harm any of the parties involved, but as a necessary measure to answer at once all the inquiries from students who have reached out to Harv and we thought it best to present one single response to this situation with this post.
Dear Brazil students,
Similar to so many of you, I was very disturbed after learning the Millionaire Mind Intensive in November was run in Brazil in an unauthorized manner with an unauthorized trainer. My mission has always been to deliver courses that truly change people’s lives. We have been blessed to have succeeded in doing so, in dozens of countries all around the world, and without issue for over 30 years…. until now.
I take my reputation very seriously and I’m sure you do as well. So, as you can imagine, to have a company misrepresent myself and our work is more than disappointing.
I have heard from many event attendees who left the Millionaire Mind Intensive in November frustrated and without the knowledge they came to seek. To me, this is very sad. Many of you traveled great distances and spent your hard-earned money expecting the caliber of teaching I’m known for. I am sorry this was not delivered because the promoter chose to try and teach the course himself instead of using one of our certified master trainers as per our agreement.
To be able to teach the Millionaire Mind Intensive at the highest levels generally takes 2 to 3 full years of training. There are less than 10 certified master trainers in the entire world and yet we had one standing by, with his bags packed and ready to fly to Brazil to teach the course. The problem was simple; the promoter still owed him funds from prior programs and refused to pay him to come.
Although I cannot go into specifics because of legal proceedings, I would like to share a little with you about how we are able to deliver these courses to so many students (over 1 million) around the world (over 35 countries). When we go into a new country, we typically affiliate with a local organization who can help us with the logistics of running the events in that particular country. We follow a similar process in each country and we always enter into an agreement with our local promoter covering the method and manner in which the courses are delivered to our students. It is very important to us that our students receive the same high-quality events, taught only by our certified master trainers, no matter which country the student may attend. I can tell you that Brazil is, and was, no exception.
We have been fortunate over the past 30 years in that we have been able to work with honest, trustworthy, quality partners all over the world. In Brazil, the former promoter have taken the names of our courses and “registered” them under their own entities in Brazil without our knowledge or consent and in full breach of our agreement. I can assure you that we are taking this violation as well as many, many others, very seriously. We are currently working with our legal team to hold those responsible, accountable.
A few weeks ago, Experiencia de Sucesso (ES), GM Eventos (GM), Attitudeflex, and their owners, were issued a “cease and desist” notice advising them to stop using my name, image and likeness, and any and all of my course material and content. We noticed they were using my name and my course once again without authorization for an April 2020 Millionaire Mind Intensive event. We have demanded that they cancel this program and return all the student’s monies. We heard back from them that they would do so. We cannot stress enough that any further involvement you have with ES/GM/Attitudeflex, or their owners, and any funds you give them is at your own peril and your own risk.
They were also issued a “termination” notice, which has terminated our relationship with them for numerous additional breaches both present and past including non-payment of hundreds of thousands of dollars that are owed to us, Success Resources, the trainers and several other suppliers.
At the time we terminated our relationship, there were two previously scheduled events pending – one which was scheduled for January 18 – January 21, 2020 [Train the Trainer] and a second event [Enlightened Warrior Power] that was supposed to be held November 29-December 1, 2019 and which ES/GM postponed
until sometime this year. As part of the original agreement, they are responsible for producing any outstanding events. Again, over the past few weeks we made repeated requests to confirm they will return the student’s monies or run the events and do so in an authorized manner that includes using “qualified” trainers. These trainers were again fully prepared to come to Brazil to teach the programs and were awaiting payment from ES/GM. We finally heard back and the reply we received was very disappointing with them stating that they will NOT deliver these programs, and that they will NOT pay the trainers, and they will NOT return the monies paid to them by the students. Instead, they advised us they “are about to declare bankruptcy” because they say they have no money!
This seems more than strange as we know they have been running events and collecting funds from students for the past several years. Many of you might be wondering where that money went? We have the same question.
Meanwhile, we have heard that they are still trying to collect money from students who were paying by installments for these courses. They are claiming they are in “friendly” negotiations with us and making it sound like we are still working together. They have also said that they have a contract that “cannot be broken”. These statements are NOT true. I need to remind you adamantly and again that any further funds you give them is at your own peril and risk.
Regardless, at this point in time, we are not nearly as concerned with the money these people owe to us and our trainers, as we are with the funds they owe to you, the students.
Even though we have not been involved in the selling of these courses and have not received any money which may have been collected by ES/GM from the students, we feel terrible that this promoter used my good name and the programs I wrote, to take your money and is now trying to get away with not delivering authorized courses as you may be expecting . To me that is just not right and so we are doing our best to figure out a way to deliver the “real” programs to the students who purchased them. Due to our pending legal action we cannot yet be specific, but rest assured we are doing our utmost to support you and will keep you informed as we try and put things into place.
One last thing, we do not intend to respond to every one of their comments or assertions but let me just acquaint you with one of the lessons we teach at our courses:
“Don’t believe a word anyone says. Watch what they DO. That will tell you everything you need to know about them.”
If you pay attention to their actions so far, hopefully this will inform your decision as to who you believe and what you do.
Again, we will do our best to make this right for the students who got involved with these people. We ask for a little more patience while we put our strategy together but that doesn’t preclude you from taking matters into your own hands right now, contacting the Brazilian authorities and attempting to get back your money from the company that took it.
My friends, I know this situation is not what you or I wanted. At the same time one of my favorite sayings is:
“Everything will work out in the end and if it hasn’t worked out, it’s not yet the end.”
Do not let this unfortunate circumstance deter you from your goals. There are always speed bumps on the journey to success. This situation is no exception and we will prevail.
