1. Reconnect by disconnecting
After work and on weekends make sure to disconnect. Spend your time enjoying friends, family and your hobbies.

2. Focus on your goals
Prioritize your time so that you can reach your individual goals. Don’t let external demands take over.

3. Maintain a workout schedule
You should work out your brain and your body every day. Physical and mental exercise keeps your mind and body healthy.

4. Create daily plans
Start each day with a list of tasks you need to complete. Then you can prioritize the day accordingly.

5. Break up your workday
Stay energized all day long by breaking up the work day. Work for shorter segments to maintain energy and focus.

6. Take time to reflect
You can analyze what has been going well, what didn’t go as planned or as you had hoped, and how to improve for the upcoming week.

    My planning is WEEKLY basis rather than DAILY. This is influenced by Stephen Covey.. My Break up of the day is typically 8 hrs for work, 1 hour for Work out and 1 our for Hobbies
